Conor serves as the CEO of Ace, an early-stage startup building a Virtual Reality Shooting Simulator Game. Prior to that, Conor served as the COO of INSPIRE, an international audiovisual and event services company and on the portfolio management team for Ashford Inc., a Dallas based alternative asset management company. He began his work in the private sector as a management consultant for McKinsey and Company. 

Prior to business, Conor served active duty in the US Navy as a SEAL Officer for nine years with multiple combat deployments in the Middle East and Africa. He continues to serve in the Navy Reserves. 

Conor is an Eagle Scout, an Ironman, and a Presidential Leadership Scholar. He has been recognized as a “40 Under 40” Influential and Inspiring Leader by the Dallas Business Journal. Conor holds a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He enjoys training for endurance sports, volunteering with his Church, and coaching his kids’ youth sports teams.
